Looking at or looking for myself? For an artist Jacek Jędrzejczak those two perpectives seem inseparable and equally important in a process of self integration and identification. The videoart „Looking… myself” is about human heterogeneity.
Parallax View
„Parallax view” is a part of Jacek Jędrzejczak’s project named „TEN” and as such it confronts the subject of human being in relation to time. Duration becomes an expression of the slump of continuum, stoppage, and as a result a change, an inertness.
Displacement
This documentary is a recording of one of the autotherapy sessions conducted in Institute 116 in Warsaw. The topic is the displaced aggression , i.e. redirecting aggression from its initial and unavailable source towards a different , more accessible target.

CALL ME NEIGHBOUR
Call me “The Neighbour” is a multimedia (photography, video and installation) exhibition about Warsaw district Grochów. District’s streets beats with the rhythm set by slogans which were left on the walls by, among the others, “The Neighbour”. The exhibition is a record of a trip following the trace of graffiti authors and the effect of search led by Jacek Jędrzejczak – Grochów citizen.
BLIND WINDOWS
„Blind Windows” II f. v. project is a sensitive observer’s journey. The tension between open and closed, noticed and overlooked, takes place among locked gates, doors and windows. The mystery of inaccessible spaces materializes in a visualization of the invisible.
DIALOGUES WITH HERACLITUS
The core of my artwork is my perennial fascination of nature and structure of fire. It’s double nature (destructive force and life-giving warmth) is a condition of life and impulse for changes, admired and analyzed by me. I found a feed for my fascination in the philosophy of Heraclitus of Ephesus, a greek philosopher.
NUDE DESCENDING THE STAIRCASE CONTINUOUSLY
This work is an artistic dialog, a visual artwork freely referring to Duchamp’s piece of art in a way based on capabilities of using a movie technique. An inspiration by other artists artworks is not an element present in my creative output but figure of this artist is very important not only for me but also for a “creative process” understood extensively and universally.
